Euro Truck Simulator 2 is set to add more cargo and trailer options in its upcoming v1.56 update, with CZ LOKO Locomotives and Schmitz Cargobull both contributing officially licensed cargo and trailer types to the game.

CZ LOKO Locomotives

CZ Loko is one of the biggest manufacturers of diesel-electric locomotives in the Czech Republic, and its MUV 75 and EffiShunter 300 examples will be added to the game in v1.56.

Also set to be added, but only as part of the Special Transport DLC, is the 80-ton EffiShunter 1000, and it’ll be available to ship on three routes: Berlin to Szczecin, Kassel to Hamburg and Bremen to Travemünde.

Although the 300 and 1000 are fictional creations, they are based on CZ LOKO’s design concepts.

Schmitz Cargobull Update

The Schmitz Cargobull Trailer Pack is also set to be updated when ETS 2 reaches version 1.56, introducing the huge Schmitz S.CS High Capacity Transport, a double trailer connected by a dolly – the second of its kind in the game.

The update will also add  Schmitz’s S.KO City chassis, which has a steering chassis to aid manoeuvrability, plus extra lighting options for the firm’s incumbent S.CS, S.KO, S.BO, and S.KI trailer types.
