Drive Ford’s electric drift monster, the Mustang Mach-E 1400, in RaceRoom

RaceRoom’s latest update is electrifying, but you’ll need to have your volts about you in order to keep charging forward…

Okay, that’s the worst intro to an article I’ve ever written. Apologies.

Now that’s out of the way, we can say that the Ford Mustang Mach-E 1400 is now available within RaceRoom Racing Experience.

The functional prototype car is designed with drifting primarily in mind. Tyre-shredding expert and reigning Formula Drift champion Vaughn Gittin Jr. Has been involved in its development. Sure, it can do 0-60mph in less than five seconds, but it can also destroy a set of sticky rubber just as quickly thanks to a seven-motor setup.

To celebrate the car’s launch, there’s also an in-game competition where you can compete for the fastest time around the twisty Zhuhai International Circuit. It’s available now for £3.42/€3.98/$4.67

If you happen to live in China, Ford dealerships in Beijing, Guangzhou and Qingdao are offering a special prize for the quickest times.

This further addition to RaceRoom follows the Mercedes-AMG GT4, Circuit de Nogaro and the upcoming TT Circuit Assen. Let us know in the comments below if you’ve been playing RR recently.

Don’t forget that you can also watch the ADAC GT Masters Esports Championship within RaceRoom live on our YouTube channel, with the next round on Tuesday 28th September 2021.
