TT Circuit Assen is coming to RaceRoom Racing Experience soon

There are seemingly more announcements for RaceRoom Racing Experience than Max Verstappen fans at a Dutch Grand Prix of late.

Following on from the massive UI and force feedback changes earlier this year, plus the very recent additions of the Mercedes-AMG GT4 and Circuit de Nogaro, now it has been announced that the TT Circuit Assen will also be coming soon.

Located in the north of The Netherlands, and often referred to as ‘The Cathedral’ by motorcycle racing fans, TT Circuit Assen is a 2.8-mile track that was built in 1955 and fashioned into its current 18-corner layout in 2006.

Despite being largely known for two-wheeled racing, cars do often participate here, the DTM for example racing this weekend.

Current DTM Trophy driver, and ADAC GT Masters Esports Championship leader, Moritz Löhner, has already taken it for a spin. We can see that the venue has been faithfully recreated, with the combination of tight, late-apex, corners at the start of the lap contrasting the fast and flowing final sector to make car setup a compromise.

No pricing and availability are public at this stage, but the track-creation team at RaceRoom is on fire of late and we’ll keep you updated as soon as we hear more. What other new tracks would you like to see available for the sim racing platform? Let us know in the comments below!
