$100k prize pool up for grabs as Logitech McLaren G Challenge returns

The Logitech McLaren G Challenge has returned this winter, giving Forza Motorsport players a chance to win a share of a $100k prize pool.

Beginning yesterday (7th November 2024), there are three ‘Rivals Qualifiers’ to participate in, where players are encouraged to set their fastest lap times on the hot lap leaderboard. To do this, players must complete a Time Trial in the LMGC Rivals playlist in-game.

There are four regions to compete in: North America, Europe and the Middle East, Latin America and Asia-Pacific, with randomly drawn prizes available to all participants, including monthly giveaways by Playseat and Logitech G.

Arguably the top prize is a VIP Formula 1 Grand Prix experience with McLaren, where the successful winner can meet three-time race winner Lando Norris, but cash prizes still make up 40% of the total prize pool.

Those who set the fastest times in the time trials will go into the Semi-Final stages before the Grand Finals take place on the 8th and 9th of March 2025. These are preceded by three Rivals Qualifiers featuring iconic McLaren cars, including the 1976 McLaren M23, the ‘88 McLaren MP4/4 and the fearsome McLaren P1.
