Following the launch of the Pure 9Nm direct drive wheel base, its first match wheel and load cell pedals – available in a bundle starting from June – Revosim has unveiled prototype versions of its first accessories.
The shifter is particularly intriguing, tested by Traxion in a work-in-progress form recently. The hybrid device can be used as an H-pattern or sequential shift (back and forth), switching between the modes with a simple flick of a side-mounted lever.
When in H-pattern, there are eight gears – six in a conventional layout, plus two extra (one at the far left and the other at the far right) accessed by pulling up a ring. This could be mapped for a reverse gear, for example.

The top of the device can be unscrewed, with two different ends included in the set – a round unit for the H-pattern and a foam tip for the sequential mode.
Then there’s a matching handbrake (main article image), the fly-off device equipped with a 150kg load cell.
Both devices also include a desk mount, so while they can be affixed to a rig or cockpit, those without the space for a large unit can still use them.
The clutch pedal is in a similar style to the existing throttle and brake available for the initial Revosim bundle, but with a revised faceplate shape. The hall-effect sensor-using device also features specific springs to differentiate response and feedback from the throttle pedal.

Finally, the Nacon-owned outfit also showcased an early prototype (and an even earlier 3D-printed mock-up) of an open wheel rim to fit into the existing ecosystem called the ‘Monorim’ for single-seaters.
The handbrake, shifter and clutch pedal are currently targeting an October 2025 release date, whereas the rim is ‘TBC’. All prices are yet to be confirmed.

“The idea we have from the beginning for Revosim was a complete ecosystem – modularity, versatility,” said Sébastien Waxin, Head of Racing / Motorsport at Nacon, to Traxion.
“So handbrake, shifter, different rims as well as a clutch pedal, what we call add-ons, that you can buy to upgrade your system.
“The Pure range is just the start, and then later, maybe like mid-term, long-term, two years, three years, when we will have a lot of projects available for the Revosim brand, then you can build your own setup on the website.
“So you can take one steering wheel from one range and then one pedal set from the other range, and the base from the other range, and everything will be working together.”
All devices are PC-only for the time being, with Nacon not being drawn on any console-compatible plans.
