Released late last month, following a significant ‘Update 2.0’ patch, Project Motor Racing’s Japanese GT500 Pack pioneered by delivering several racing cars not available in other sim racing games. It has now, however, been removed from sale across all platforms.
While not officially endorsed by the real-world Japanese motorsport championship, or using the ‘Super GT’ moniker, the downloadable content add-on includes nine OEM-licensed vehicles used in that series.
The likes of the 2022 Nissan Calsonic Impul Z GT500 and 2024 Honda Civic GT500, for example, have never been seen in sim racing. The pack also includes the Takimiya Circuit, heavily inspired by the Okayama International Circuit.

As of 22nd April 2026, and spotted by Traxion Discord member Cloud Liu, the pack is still listed on Steam (PC) and PlayStation digital storefronts, but is unavailable to purchase. It has disappeared entirely from the Xbox store.
Released on 31st March 2026, it was priced at €9.99. Those who purchased the Year 1 Pass, or have the Year 1 Bundle version of the game, also received this content. Those who have already redeemed or purchased can still drive the cars and track.
Project Motor Racing has pushed the envelope in terms of licensed content. It has several vehicles that are rarely seen in other titles, such as the aforementioned GT500 models, but also the likes of the Morgan Aero8, TVR T400R, Toyota GR010 Hybrid and Cadillac Northstar LMP-02.
