American Truck Simulator’s v1.51 update draws ever closer and developer SCS Software has revealed more details on what players can expect.

The Czech studio has recently revealed that it plans to entwine the disparate threads of Interstate 44 in the state of Oklahoma. Currently, the I-44 skips the centre of the state capital Oklahoma City, but with v1.51 the road will run right through.

The new update also sees the addition of a furniture store, a construction site and two new truck stops close to the border of Arkansas, which will be the subject of its own DLC map pack in the near future.

The I-44 updates will arrive alongside the v1.51 update and will be free to ATS players who own the Oklahoma DLC.

ATS’ v1.50 update saw the introduction of dynamic grain loading. Well, for v1.51 ATS players will be treated to more loading dynamic loading and unloading options across a range of cargoes and industries.

When using a grain hopper-type trailer, players will be able to load up with corn, soybeans, sugar beet, pelleted animal feed, potatoes and cotton seeds in the custom depots of Nebraska, Arkansas (when released) and Kansas, with the feature also available in the numerous ad-hoc depots littered across the map.
