A total of 29,580 visitors attended the event at Messe Frankfurt between 16thand 18th October – up from 24,371 last year.

This year’s event hosted several world premieres in the sim racing space from a long list of exhibitors, including a first look at Assetto Corsa EVO’s highly anticipated free roam mode.

Fanatec also showcased a prototype of its upcoming wheel with a five-inch screen dubbed Project Obsidian, as well as its redesigned ClubSport V4 Pedals. Other highlights included world premieres from Asetek, GSI and Ascher Racing.

Last year’s successful show resulted in the European SimRacing Expo moving from Dortmund to a larger venue in Frankfurt, which “exceeded” expectations.

“To move from Dortmund to Frankfurt was a bumpy road at some points and really hard work, and a lot of effort to put into,” presenter Matze Brandt said as the final live stage day concluded. “But this weekend, what it has become, exceeded our expectations by far. It was just amazing.”

Next year’s SimRacing Expo Frankfurt will be held earlier than usual on 17th- 18th September 2027. Before that, the Charlotte Expo will return on 21st-23rd May 2027.
