Fanatec has unveiled its new ClubSport V4 pedal set, featuring an all-new design inspired by its flagship Podium line. Notably, it marks the first redesign of its ClubSport Pedals since it debuted 18 years ago.

Currently on display at the SimRacing Expo in Frankfurt, the three-pedal set includes a load cell brake, a throttle with independent travel and a clutch with an adjustable bite point. Its all-metal construction combines cast and CNC-finished aluminium with steel components.

The Clubsport V4 shares components with the Podium Pedals such as the bearings and Hall sensors, but is more compact. This includes a distinctive ‘cup’ design for the brake pedal.

Unlike the Podium Pedals, the cups are static with no individual travel adjustment. You can, however, swap the springs and elastomers (different elastomers will be included) to adjust the resistance and preload. Fanatec states that the load cell is “about 180+kg” of force and “aiming for 110kg at the pedal plate”.

Visitors at the SimRacing Expo Frankfurt can try a pre-production version of Fanatec’s ClubSport V4 Pedals between 16th and 18th October ahead of its launch.

A release date has not yet been confirmed, but Fanatec is targeting a 2027 launch. The same applies too, for the ‘Project Obsidian’ wheel, also unveiled at the event.
