WRC 10 Deluxe Edition adds extra content and early access

As WRC 10 gears up for launch on 2nd September, more deals have emerged about the different versions available.

During the recent Nacon Connect event, it was revealed that all pre-orders will receive the bonus of a 1997 Subaru Impreza WRC car. While this remains the case, a new Deluxe Edition has also been announced.

It includes the 1998 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo V, driven to victory on the Rallye Sanremo – Rallye d’Italia by Tommi Mäkinen and one historic event to compete in. This feeds into the new game mode for this year’s release, which celebrates 50 years of the FIA World Rally Championship.

You also received the short Super Special Stage, Arena Panzerplatte from Rallye Deutschland. The event is not in this season’s WRC calendar but was in last year’s WRC 9 game. Expect this stage to be from that release.

Perhaps of more interest is the inclusion of a Career Starter Pack that provides you with extra team members from the off and a sticker pack for the livery editor – a new feature for WRC 10.

As a final bonus, you also receive three months to WRC+, which is the online streaming platform where you can watch real-life WRC events.

On PS5 that’s £49.99/$59.99 for the standard version and £64.99/$79.99 for the Deluxe. Those who plump for this version also receive access to the game 48 hours ahead of release on the 31st August 2021.

WRC 10 will be available on launch for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and PC and we’ll have more information as we edge closer to its release.
