Forza Horizon 5’s new Cars & Coffee Festival Playlist update sees five newly unlockable cars added alongside a JDM-inspired four-car DLC pack.

Update 10 has been split into two parts, with often-requested features set to follow later. For now, new cars and challenges have been added.

The lionised open-world racing video game will no longer be available to purchase, or via Games Pass, later this year.

Alongside the mix of hot hatches and electric cars added for free, a paid-for optional DLC pack will add five(ish) cars from Universal TV shows and movies.

All performance electric cars are fast, but not many are involving. The Ioniq 5 N has changed that, and soon it will be in Microsoft’s open-world driving epic.

Update 9, aka Endurance Tour, has also updated Nürburgring Nordschleife kerbing and added 30-minute online races.

It comes as the auto-update big persists, despite claiming that update 1.1. had fixed it.

We think Featured Multiplayer is Motorsport’s forte – despite player numbers suggesting a small percentage have tried it. You should, and here are some introductory pointers.

Update 1.1 for PC and Xbox is set to remove the ‘infinite loading’ after automatically applying car upgrades.
