Two extraordinary hypercars have joined The Crew Motorfest’s monumental car roster: the Bugatti Vision GT and Apollo Project Evo.

Part of the new ‘Elite Bundle 6’ car pack, the Bugatti Vision GT is a surprising addition. First unveiled at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show as a full-scale concept, the hypercar was initially designed exclusively for Gran Turismo as part of Polyphony Digital’s ongoing Vision GT program.

At the time, the concept car previewed the Bugatti Chiron’s styling while also paying homage to the Le Mans-winning Bugatti Type 57 Tank. Powering the Bugatti Vision GT is a W16 engine, delivering 1,650 horsepower to all four wheels, with a top speed of 278 mph.

Now that it’s in The Crew Motorfest, the Bugatti Vision GT is playable in a racing game other than Gran Turismo. It also briefly appeared in Asphalt 8: Airborne before being removed in December 2023. This isn’t the first time a Gran Turismo Vision GT car has featured in The Crew either: the Citroen VGT is also playable in The Crew 2 but has yet to appear in Motorfest.

Joining the Bugatti Vision GT is the equally extreme Apollo Project Evo. A track-focused version of the Intensa Emozione, the Project Evo is a mid-engine hypercar featuring a carbon fibre monocoque chassis and a naturally aspirated V12 engine producing 769 horsepower.

Ten examples were planned for production, but Apollo only managed to build a one-off prototype. Not only is it rare in real life, but it’s seldom seen in racing games, having only appeared in games like Asphalt Legends.

It’s worth noting that these cars are not part of the Year 2 Pass. Instead, they are exclusive to the Elite Bundle 6 pack, which can be purchased for 3.1 million in-game credits.

The new car pack follows the release of the new Luxury Chronicles Europe playlist earlier this month. It focuses on luxury cars and also features motorcycle manufacturer Triumph’s first appearance in The Crew Motorfest.

If you can’t afford the Bugatti Vision GT, youou can testt drive the concept in this week’s ‘France: Bugatti Part 2’ playlist event.
