However, there are also further vehicles and an entirely new cop-based game mode dropping at the same time – but these are paid DLC.
These sit within what is called the ‘Year 2 Pass’. Here’s what you get and when.
Year 2 Pass Chase Squad
By purchasing the Year 2 Pass, you will gain access to the new police game mode – Chase Squad.
This consists of new modified vehicles, for both cops and street racers, a freshly curated playlist to complete which in turn, unlocks the ability to take down racers in freeroam.
With its HQ on the free Maui island, you can play through nine main events, 25 challenges, six feats and six photo ops – all exclusive to the Chase Squad content.
The aim is to seek out racers, chase them down and prevent further illicit events.
Alongside the new game mode and challenges are the following seven chase-themed vehicle versions:
Proto A500 2016 Chase Squad Edition helicopter (dynamic chase reward)

Year 2 Pass Vehicle Drops
If you’re thinking that all of those Chase Squad vehicles are based upon models already within The Crew Motorfes, then you are correct.
However, purchasing the Year 2 Pass also sees all-new cars added to the game.
Sort of. In fact, all of the ‘Year 2 Pass’ vehicles will be added to Motorfest for everyone, without having to spend extra money. But, buying the pass will add the new cars to your collection without spending any in-game currency and also early – one week before they arrive for everyone else.
Apart from two of these vehicles, in March and July 2025, which arrive in-game at the same time for everyone.
In total, the Year 2 Pass will see 13 additional vehicles added to your roster (outside of the Chase Squad-specific content). Two are available from when it launches on 6th November, and then there will be one ‘drop’ every month for the next 11 months. It ends in October 2025.
Not all cars have been unveiled so far, but here’s the schedule:
BMW M5 CS (F90) 2022 – 6th November 2024
Nissan Skyline GT-R R32 (1990) – 6th November 2024
Ferrari Roma (2020) – 4th December 2024
