- Six new cars coming in JDM’s American Classics DLC
- Set for release in Q2 2026
- Multiplayer and free Japanese cars also coming in Q2 2026
A new DLC pack is soon to be released for JDM: Japanese Drift Master, adding six new cars to the game.
The American Classics DLC will arrive concurrently across PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of the game, and will arrive in ‘Q2 2026’, according to developer Gaming Factory.
Just like JDM’s first DLC pack, the Made in USA DLC, all six cars are unlicensed facsimiles of well-known American vehicles, with two showcased in a teaser trailer.
The Ironvale Hauler F84 is a play on a classic Ford F-series pickup truck, appearing to be an amalgam of the fifth and seventh generations. The pickup has the curvy body and distinctive rear tailgate of the fifth-gen F-series of the ‘60s and ‘70s, with the front headlight cluster mimicking the seventh-gen from the ‘80s.
The Roebuck Striker, on the other hand, is a riff on the Chevrolet Corvette C7, made between 2014 and 2019. The front-engined C7 was the last Corvette before the General Motors-owned brand switched to the mid-engined layout of the C8 Stingray.

A final car, which looks to be a ‘50s Chevrolet Bel-Air, was also teased, with three more cars still to be revealed (however, if the ‘Ironvale Stallion 2024’ and ‘Roebuck Reaver 2024’ aren’t a modern Ford Mustang and Chevrolet Camaro, I’ll eat my hat).
Future updates
JDM should also receive its much-requested multiplayer and car livery creation modes in Q2, as well as a selection of free Japanese cars. These new features will again be released for all platforms.
Also apparently in the works is a Nintendo Switch 2 version of the game, although this has yet to be officially confirmed by the developer.
