There’s only three more weeks until Forza Horizon 5‘s Hot Wheels DLC is here!
A long time away, I know, but at least we have this week’s Hot Wheels-related season to tackle in the meantime.
The car rewards within this week’s Autumn Season are the Plymouth Barracuda Formula-S 1968 for 20 points, and the NIO EP9 2016 for 40 points.
TREASURE HUNT
As for the Treasure Hunt named “Dragstrip Demons”, this comes with the clue “Challenger has the last laugh at the dragstrip, dodging the competition”.
This requires you to jump in the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 2018 (which is available at the autoshow for 150,000CR) and win a Drag Strip race event, we chose the one outside the main Horizon Festival outpost.
Upon completion, an orange circle will appear over the Teotihuacan airstrip.
The treasure chest can be found on the western side in between a few small temples, directly north-northeast of the “Pyramid of the Sun” Speed trap.
Simply smash into the chest to gain those 3pts and 100FP.
Similarly to last week, the Treasure Chest may be invisible for some players.
Hopefully there will be a fix in the future, but it was invisible for us on the Thursday 30th June.
PHOTO CHALLENGE #SWAMPBEAST
This week’s photo challenge requires you to take a photo of any Rally Monster at the Gran Pantano.
To easily find a Rally Monster within your collection, simply go to the cars menu and press Y/Triangle to filter down a selection, and then scroll down to find the Rally Monster option.
Gran Pantano can be found to the south-eastern area of the map, where the Horizon Wilds Outpost can be found.
Make sure to take a picture within any swampy area of Gran Pantano, as the name seems to be a bit misleading, implying it’s the entire area rather than just the swampy parts.
Simply drive up to the area, open the camera app by using up on the D-pad and tap A to snap the picture to gain the rewards.
Upon completion, the Jump On It emote reward is yours. You can equip this by visiting your home, and selecting Customise Character in the My Festival tab.
SERIES 9 STORM SEASON #FORZATHON SHOP HIGHLIGHTS
This week’s rewards available within Series 9’s Storm season are two cars, a pair of socks, and a car horn, alongside the always available Wheelspins.
The Italdesign isn’t available to buy from the Autoshow, so now would be the best time to grab this car. The available items from the Forzathon Shop this week are:

#FORZATHON WEEKLY CHALLENGE MUD STUD
One car featured in the latest Then and Now Hot Wheels Series is the Ford Bronco 2021, which you’ll be jumping into this week.
You’re required to win the Baja California Trail, win any Cross-Country event, and finishing it off with earning 3 Stars in any Trailblazer PR Stunt.
