Virtually back across the ocean over in England, Snetterton is the next venue on the schedule in the 2021 iRacing Season 4 Ferrari GT3 Challenge. It’s not the full Snetterton Circuit, however, as members will take to the 200 course instead of the usual 300 version.
The 200 circuit is precisely two miles in length, or 3.22-kilometers for the metric folks. Although, it’s weird that the layouts are practically one mile for the 100, two miles for the 200, and three miles for the 300. Anyway, this is the medium course and it has four less corners than the longer edition.
Dave Cam returns, once again wheeling and dealing in the iRacing Ferrari 488 GT3 EVO in the DriveThrough Traxion livery. Although Dave has never raced this particular configuration before, he’s taken the time to learn it in advance to get you all the best ways to corner, proper braking zones, and consistent lines around the venue. Remember the Porsche track guides from last season? it’s not like Dave doesn’t already know the majority of the venue.
The slow, methodical approach will be key as this course might look easy on the surface, but could prove tricky if not run proper. Dave Cam‘s previous track guides are also still available if you need to check back on other venues and other cars. Be sure to let Dave know how the guide helped this week. Also, if it helped, leave a like and consider subscribing for more Dave Cam content.
