Where to find Forza Horizon 5's "The New Car Show" Treasure Hunt Chest

Thursday’s brand new festival series brings in the well-known automobile content brand to Forza Horizon 5 with Donut Media (10th November).

Kicking off with the Summer / Wet Season, this brings in a new Horizon Story, a few new cars and customisation options.

The cars you can unlock this week is the #100 Lynk&Co 2003 for 20 points and the Ascari KZ1R 2012 for 40 points. As for the series itself, you can unlock the Ferrari SF90 Stradale 2020 for 80 points, and the Alpine A110 2017 for 160 points.

TREASURE HUNT: THE NEW CAR SHOW

As for the Treasure Hunt named “The New Car Show, this comes with the hint “The modern 20s are the ultimate time for doughnuts”.

You’re required to achieve a Ultimate Burnout skill in a car made within the 2020’s. Using something like a Formula Drift car works well for this.

If you’re having troubles reaching Ultimate, stop the car, hold the brakes and the throttle while in first gear, and slowly lift off the brakes. Keep a tiny bit of resistance in the brake pedal and keep the car straight.

Once unlocked, an orange circle will appear around the cloverleaf interchange on the freeway, to the south-east of the Horizon Street Scene outpost.

The chest can be found on the southern entrance to the freeway, underneath a sign to the slip-road.

Simply smash into the Treasure Chest, and the 100FP and 3 points are yours!

PHOTO CHALLENGE #POPUPHEADLIGHTS

This week’s photo challenge requires you to jump into the Mitsubishi Starion ESI-R 1988 and head to the Hotel Castillo. The player-bought Hotel can be found to the north of Guanajuato, and the car is available from the Autoshow for 20,000CR.

While near the Hotel, simply open the camera app by using up on the D-pad and tap A to snap the picture to gain the rewards.

Upon completion, the Colorado Cover Car Horn reward is yours. This can be equipped by heading to the car horn area in the pause menu.

This week’s rewards available within Series 14’s Wet season are two cars, a jumper and an emote, alongside the always available Wheelspins.

Both cars are available to buy from the autoshow for a cheap combined cost of 2,025,000CR. The available items from the Forzathon Shop this week are:
