Following the Miami Grand Prix limited-time paint scheme, which made use of teal accents, the second of three American designs by Red Bull Racing has been unveiled – and is within the EA SPORTS F1 23 video game as of today, 19th October 2023.
The Lone Star Bull style will be used at this weekend’s upcoming United States Grand Prix (held at Austin’s Circuit of the Americas) and was a winning design by Argentinian graphic designer Franco Cavallone.
While the majority of the design makes use of the existing Reb Bull colour palette, the lower third incorporates the Texas flag, hence the name of the livery.
White red and blue colours are extensively used in the customised section, alongside stars, all reminiscent of the “Lone Star Flag”.
Once claimed, it can only be used on the F1 World specification car, like the Williams 800 races design, but unlike the recent Ferrari Le Mans-victory celebrating design or Alfa Romeo Kick look.
How to claim the Red Bull Racing Lone Star livery in F1 23
To claim the design in-game, players must simply load F1 23 on PC, PlayStation or Xbox.
Provided you are connected to the internet, you will receive an in-game mail with the livery entitled ‘Bulls in Texas’. Hit the ‘Cliam All’ button.
Your inbox is within the ‘Player Card Hub’ menu, accessed by tapping the PlayStation touchpad or Xbox view button when within the game’s options screens. Then select ‘mail’.

Once claimed, you must then add it to a car. To do so, visit the ‘Customisation’ menu within F1 World then ‘Car Liveries’.
Next, select ‘Create New’ and from the next screen, you’ll be able to scroll through various base designs you’ve unlocked. One of these will be the limited-time Red Bull look, so select that. It’s worth keeping in mind that you can’t change the colour scheme, unlike the unlicenced designs.
That’s it, your F1 World car will now feature the Texas-themed design across several game modes including quick race, time trial and ranked online multiplayer.
