The GTP and GTD classes were split for Round 3, with the former at Long Beach and the latter at Virginia International Raceway.
The second round of the 2025 IMSA Esports Global Championship was dominated by Coanda Esports, with the team securing both GTP and GTD honours.
Team Redline dominated the second half of the race in GTP after the Australian’s collision in The Esses, while Redline’s long-time rivals Coanda Esports breezed past the GTD field with a one-two of their own.
Kylian Drumont and Kaj de Bruin, who were representing R8G Esports for the only time this season, did enough in the final race to overhaul a deficit to RAFA ERA Esports’ more inexperienced lineup.

The Italian dropped from first to fifth at the first corner because of Balazs Palla, but got his revenge with a late pass in the Mercedes Arena to take the €600 first prize.
