Following on from the v.1.1.1.0 major update at the end of January and the subsequent hotfix update of v1.1.1.1 from last week here is another significant development from Reiza Studios.
v1.1.1.3 is labelled as a small update but brings big changes to how physics and AI behave in wet weather conditions. The updates claim to correct “various performance inconsistencies across all cars under the various combinations of tires and wetness saturation levels.”- seems pretty significant to us.
Outside of the large weather-based changes, there isn’t too much to get excited about. A couple of small art tweaks and minor physics and setup changes you’re unlikely to notice but keep going towards the ultimate goal of creating the most advanced racing simulation for Automobilista 2’s development team.
If you’re looking to take the new upgrades for a spin, Steam should push this automatically to your PC next time you sign in.
