Ahead of its release next month, Milestone has shared an extended gameplay video for MotoGP 26. Whereas the announcement trailer offered a brief glimpse, the latest video provides over 15 minutes of raw gameplay.

Tracks such as Circuit of the Americas and the Portimão Circuit are showcased with a mix of onboard, chase and replay cameras, highlighting new rider animations. Milestone has revamped the bike physics with a new “rider-based handling system” that focuses on the rider’s weight and movement.

Returning from MotoGP 25, the Race Off game mode has been expanded with a new UK location, featuring two new tracks shown in the gameplay video, where players can practice in the Motard, Flat Track and Minibikes categories.

Alongside these disciplines, MotoGP 26 marks the debut of 1000cc production bikes presumably carried over from Ride 6, which are also showcased in the gameplay video.

Other new features will include an enhanced career mode with a fully 3D paddock and a rider ratings system similar to Codemasters’ F1 series, based on four attributes: lap time, pace, head-to-head and reliability.

MotoGP 26 launches on 29th April for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
