Back in November 2024, when we tested the free island expansion of Maui for The Crew Motorfest, we noted that while welcome, it was a little quiet.
That is set to change this week, when the Red Bull Speed Clash is added for Season 6.
The fizzy drinks-themed set of events and challenges will see a new playground added to the recent island – filled with a rally course, circuit and stunt areas.
Presumably, a full festival playlist will be added featuring athletes associated with the energy brand, as you explore the area. This will include at least one new car, an official World Rally Championship competitor.
The Ford M-Sport Puma Rally1 is present, this specific example driven by nine-time WRC champion Sébastien Loeb and Isabelle Galmiche to victory on the 2022 Monte Carlo Rally.

It is showcased alongside Red Bull Formula 1 cars (‘AGP’ in Motorfest parlance) and KTM Red Bull-sponsored MotoGP bikes – both seemingly 2022-spec machines, already in the game from launch. The existing Extra 330 SC plane is also part of the events.
The additions will coincide with notable quality-of-life changes to how the multiplayer Grand Race and Summit contests work, plus enhanced detail to the Maui surroundings.

This is not the first time a new themed area has been added to Ubisoft’s Forza Horizon rival – a Hoonigan stunt and gymkhana area was part of Season 2.
Season 6 content, meanwhile, will be a free update for PC, PlayStation and Xbox on Wednesday, 5th March 2025. Year 2 Pass cars for this season are yet to be announced.
