The UK governing body’s esports department is keen to see less-experienced drivers aged 16 and up take their first steps into organised virtual competition.

The second significant update and content drop of the calendar year is here for iRacing subscribers, and there are significant changes to the platform alongside diverse content.

The joint-venture begins with an IMSA hot lap competition within iRacing.

Alongside the Indy 500 special event and the return of the Dallara IR18 IndyCar nomenclature, there will now be a new virtual iRacing series for professionals.

A recent iRacing development update has confirmed that three English venues were recently paid a visit.

Entries are now open for the race that will utilise iRacing, with live stewarding and broadcasting thanks to Motorsport UK Esports.
