Racing Unleashed, which operates several sim racing lounges across Europe, has unveiled its latest bespoke product – the GT Simulator.

Just like the firm’s incumbent simulators, the hand-made cockpit was designed and built in Maranello, the heartland of the Ferrari Formula 1 team, using high-quality materials to create a modern aesthetic.

Its latest simulator venture is pitched as the ultimate way to experience the thrill of virtually driving supercars and sportscars, featuring a motion platform, hydraulic pedals, a carbon fibre steering wheel and a race-inspired Sabelt seat.

In other news, Racing Unleashed recently signed a partnership deal with former F1 driver Kevin Magnussen, with the group continuing to host its flagship LAN Racer League event. Last season, sim racers battled to win a share of a mammoth 135,000 CHF prize pool.

Racing Unleashed venues can be used and hired by the general public too, with food and drink available on-site, so it’s not always about high-stakes racing and McLaren sims.
