Later this year, a third iteration of Nickelodeon Kart Racers will hit the proverbial shelves with new and exciting content. Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3: Slime Speedway is that title, an arcade-type karting game from Bamtang Games and GameMill Entertainment.
The title succeeds Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Grand Prix which launched back at the end of 2020. The roster of over 40 characters will all be voiced over and the new game is said to be “rebuilt and re-imagined” with new content, tracks, characters, features and customization options.
It was rumored that this title was coming over the weekend when it was listed early on Best Buy’s website at the end of last week (8th July 2022). Per the Best Buy site as well, it is listed as a 14th October release date, but the official press release only has early October stated. There are no images of the new game that were released at the time of this posting either.
Of the new features, Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3 will have watercraft racing included this time around. New tracks with areas of water will change up the racing, and will surely add a new dynamic. Tracks will be based around classic Nickelodeon programming such as SpongeBob SquarePants and more.
The third iteration will have new challenges, with the slime theme prominent. Tons of customization options as well, including crew members, each with a unique ability, that will contribute to how well you race. Arena Mode, Split-Screen local multiplayer and Online multiplayer are also included.
