Indie road building game Mini Motorways launches on Switch today

Dinosaur Polo Club has today (11th May 2022) released its popular indie strategy game, Mini Motorways, for the Nintendo Switch.

As reported by Traxion.GG in March, Mini Motorways was scheduled for a Q2 release on Switch, but a concrete release date had yet to be revealed.

The surprising announcement came as part of the Nintendo Indie World Showcase, an official event designed to highlight the work of independent developers for Nintendo’s dual purpose console.

Not only has the New Zealand based developer already confirmed the Switch version of its road building puzzler has Steam Cloud synchronisation, but also features the Challenge City update from day one.

In addition, the new ‘Night Lights’ update – which adds car headlights to enhance night-time road construction – will also come as a free update across all versions of the game.

Mini Motorways is available now from the Nintendo eShop for £11.99. PC, macOS and Apple Arcade editions are also available.
