We’re big fans of the minimalist road strategy game Mini Motorways at Traxion.GG, and following its launch on Nintendo Switch earlier this year, plus the addition of Lisbon, developer Dinosaur Polo Club is continuing the title’s evolution.
Due in early November, the Endless mode will allow players to continue onwards – should they choose – after the city has ordinarily told them to stop, across the 15 locations.
Equally self-explanatory is the Expert mode where road tiles and upgrades rapidly become permanent and weekly upgrades cannot be selected twice in a row. It also sees a separate online leaderboard.
Alongside these two new features, small changes will be implemented too. A multi-level manual zoom option and the ability to view your current city layout before choosing an upgrade at the end of each week will also be added.
“Our team has been hard at work all year to bring Endless Mode and Expert Mode to life. We’re thrilled to share this with our amazing players and we can’t wait to see what they create with these new game modes,” said Casey Lucas-Quaid, Community Manager at Dinosaur Polo Club.
The update will land on 3rd November 2022 for Apple Arcade, Nintendo Switch, PC and Mac.
