Autumn within Forza Horizon 5‘s Festival Playlist is now live, continuing the winter theme and offering up a surfeit of new challenges.
Here are some tips, hopefully helping you to maximise your time in Mexico and hopefully netting you some valuable points.
Series 2, Autumn, Season rewards
As ever, if you complete several of the Festival Playlist challenges, you earn points. And what do points mean?
Prizes.
On the menu this week as season rewards are the Koenigsegg One hypercar for 25 points and the Exocet OR Forza Edition (FE). Neither are available to buy from the Autoshow, so you best get racking up those points if you’d like either in your collection.
SERIES 2 WET SEASON #FORZATHON SHOP HIGHLIGHTS
Fans of 1980s hit TV show Knight Rider will be pleased with the Forza Horizon 5 #FORZATHON shop this week, as there’s a Pontiac Firebird available here that cannot be found in the regular Autoshow, Michael.
Yes, the same Firebird was used by David Hasselhoff – but with an added red light adorning the hood. Expect the community designs to feature black and more black. Or perhaps a bit of grey. Remember that episode where there was an evil clone KITT in the lighter shade?

#FORZATHON WEEKLY CHALLENGE I Wanna Be A Rockstar
Rockstar as in the energy drink that sponsors the RJ Anderson. See what they did there? Clever.
In order to attain those tasty Forza Points, you can earn 160 by completing the #FORZATHON Weekly Challenge.
For the ‘I Wanna be a Rockstar’ event, you’ll need the trophy truck from the Autoshow. Once you have the car, search for the share code 249 909 649 for our special tune that will help you to beat this event.
#HOLIDAYSPIRIT PHOTO CHALLENGE
Another week, another Photo Challenge, this time #HOLIDAYSPIRIT. So-called because we’re approaching the holiday season and Mazda released an RX-7 called the Spirit R, which I always used to misread as ‘Sprint’. Sprint makes way more sense than Spirit, just saying, Mazda.
Once you’ve hopped in your Wankel-powered Mazda, head to the Guanajuato city on the map, north-east. The tree is located where the cursor is in the image below. Below the university sign, and to the west of the Cathedral Circuit race.
Once there, tap up on D-pad and snap away. Two points and a Sleigh Bells car horn shall be yours.
Blazing Thunder Treasure Hunt – known issue
Just for those asking, the Blazing Thunder Treasure Hunt in the Summer Festival Playlist tab was bugged and s no longer available. Flagged as a ‘known issue’ on the Forza support website, we hope this returns in the future after receiving an update.
