Series 2 of Forza Horizon 5’s Festival Playlist is now live, with a special holiday them, and there’s a new Treasure Hunt, Photo Challenge and #FORZATHON Weekly Challenge to complete.
Here are some tips, hopefully helping you to maximise your time in Mexico and hopefully netting you some valuable points.
Series 2, Summer, Season rewards
Should you work your way through the Summer challenges, two cool cars are there to collect.
The Mercedes-AMG E63 is yours for 25 points and the Maserati 8CTF is 45 points. Neither car is available via the Autoshow for credits, so you best collect the Festival Playlist points to unlock them.
SERIES 2 WET SEASON #FORZATHON SHOP HIGHLIGHTS
In the Forza Horizon 5 #FORZATHON shop this week, there’s a smorgasbord of new cars and items for you to spend your hard-earned Forza Points on – accrued by completing weekly #FOZATHON challenges.
Unlike recent weeks, most cars are already available via the Autoshow. But none of the vehicles is cheap, so FP could be a way of saving credits. Neither is there a horn of clothing item available this time around. The Forza Edition Mercedes Truck, however, isn’t in the Autoshow, although at the time of writing, you can find it in the Auction House for 200-300K.
- #24 Mercedes-Benz Truck Forza Edition (FE) 2015, 600 FP
- Ford Shelby GT500, 200 FP (115,000 CR credits in the Autoshow)
- Bugatti EB110 Super Sport 1992, 400 FP (1,700,000 CR credits in the Autoshow)
- #2069 Ford Performance Bronco R, 300 FP (250,000 CR credits in the Autoshow)
- 1x Horizon Wheelspin, 80 FP
- 1x Horizon Super Wheelspin, 300 FP
#FORZATHON WEEKLY CHALLENGE Future Classic
In order to attain those tasty Forza Points, you can earn 160 by completing the #FORZATHON Weekly Challenge.
For the Future Classic event, you’ll need the 1993 Nissan 240SX SE from the Autoshow. Once you have the car, search for the share code 173 331 152 for our special tune that will help you to beat this event.
#MERRYLILLAMBO PHOTO CHALLENGE
Aha, this one is tricky, so we’ve completed a separate guide to this. It’s needed!
Secret Santa Event
As Series 2 of the Festival Playlist is holiday-themed, you can purchase and car in the shop and send it as a gift to one of your friends once per week.
This will contribute to a Horizon Secret Santa event and everyone who takes part will receive rewards once community goals are reached. No details as to what these rewards are at this point, but this sounds like a neat idea.

Blazing Thunder Treasure Hunt – known issue
Uh-oh, this one is not clear yet. The Blazing Thunder Treasure Hunt will reward you with 50,000 credits and three points, except it’s bugged.
Flagged as a ‘known issue’ on the Forza support website, you may not able to complete this Treasure Hunt if you’ve ever achieved three stars on Trailblazer events. Ooops.
