The off-road rally raid game, Dakar Desert Rally, is currently reduced by 30 per cent for Steam users and PC players.
Released in October, the game’s incredible environment, changeable conditions and vehicle variety pulled at our dirt-racing heartstrings. The post-launch bugs, slow steering wheel support and lack of traditional event format from the off, didn’t.
There’s no doubt about it, Saber Porto’s release is esoteric, divisive and, well, still very enjoyable provided a precise set of gameplay conditions.
The discount will be for a limited time and does not currently apply to the PlayStation and Xbox versions. Those purchasing from Steam can currently pick up the digital download for £24.46/$27.99/€27.99, down from £34.99
The deluxe edition has an even larger, percentage, discount which includes the Season Pass {CHECK] at £32.49/$38.99/€38.99. The Season Pass itself is also heavily discounted at £16.89/$19.49/€19.49.
While it may not have had the smoothest of launches, especially at this reduced price – stick with it, and you’ll be in for an experience like nothing else in the racing game space.
