Motorsport UK has announced the official partners and prizes on offer in this season’s hyper-competitive British F4 Esports Championship.

Motorsport UK’s British F4 Esports Championship gears up for another close season of tight virtual competition, with new, real-world motorsport-focused partners and prizes unveiled.

In terms of official championship partners, French lubricant manufacturer MOTUL has revealed it will join forces with British F4 Esports for 2024, dovetailing its similar commitment to the real-world series. 

“Gaming has evolved considerably since the days of playing Mario Kart on the Super Nintendo,” stated MOTUL’s Richard Barrett.

“Today sim racing represents a credible means of training for elite drivers all over the world. Digital championships enjoy enormous fan support, and you will see the MOTUL logo proudly displayed on many titles from Gran Turismo on console to professional sims like iRacing. 

“We are, therefore, thrilled to partner with the British F4 Esports Championship,  which will, without doubt, emulate the physical championships exciting, close racing,” he concluded

British F4 Esports’ prize partners arrive in the form of 24 Hours of Le Mans winner Darren Turner’s Base Performance Simulators and Club100 Karting, with World Sim Racing entering as a sporting partner. 

Traxion.GG will operate as the series’ media partner, with iRacing broadcasting every event on its Facebook, Twitch and YouTube channels.

Night of Champions

The British F4 Esports Championship winner will be invited to the star-studded Motorsport UK’s Night of Champions to receive their official British Championship Trophy alongside other victors from the prestigious BTCC, British GT Championship and British Rally Championship series.

Motorsport UK has listened to team feedback from previous seasons of British F4 Esports and focused on real-world motorsport opportunities and experiences to act as prizes for 2024.

As a result, the winning team will receive three entries into The Club100 Experience karting series, plus a 30-minute test session, with the second and third-place outfits receiving two and one entry respectively.

The top three teams will also receive a full day of intensive single-seater simulator training with a qualified engineer at Base Performance Simulators, with four hospitality tickets to a 2025 ROKiT British F4 Championship event available to the winning squad.

The first round of the British F4 Esports Championship kicks off on the 25th of September from Brands Hatch Indy and will be supported once again by the UK FF1600 Esports Cup.
