SimRacing Expo Frankfurt returns in September 2027

After attracting a record number of last weekend, SimRacing Expo Frankfurt is set to return next year.

However, next year’s European Expo will take place one month earlier than usual on 17^th-19^th September 2027 due to a scheduling conflict with another exhibition.

“There’s a slight change next year,” South West Vision presenter Luke Crane announced on stage during the final day of the Expo.

“Because of World Book Day, there is another exhibition in this hall on the weekend that we would normally do. So we are bringing it forward for one year only.”

This year’s Frankfurt expo enjoyed record visitor numbers, with 29,580 fans attending the event. This increased from 24,371 last year, which “exceeded” the organiser’s expectations.

Held at Frankfurt Messe on 16^th– 18^th October, the event hosted several sim racing world premieres live on stage, including a first look at Assetto Corsa EVO’s free roam mode, a prototype of Fanatec’s new Project Obsidian wheel and the unveil of Astek’s GT Nova wheel.
