All RaceRoom content free to try until 25th June

A free-to-enter platform, RaceRoom Racing Experience does have a limited amount of non-paid-for content from the off, but the vast majority of cars and tracks cost real-world currency.

So, if you’ve not tried some of the recent additions, now is the time to do so, as between 18th and 25th June 2023 there are no limits. Drive away, no additional charge.

Once the free period is over, there will be a summer sale, which begins the day after on the 26th and runs until 13th July.

The platform has a diverse line-up, so might we suggest some of the following combinations:

Circuit de Charade with a Crosslé 90F

The French circuit is a former grand prix venue and is not seen in other racing titles as a laser-scanned, licenced, property. It’s also punishing and takes quite the acclimatisation. Which is why we love it.

In the real-world, you can test your mettle in a Crosslé 90F at the venue, so it makes for the perfect match in RaceRoom

Both the single-seater and the venue are part of the Drivers Pack, released in December 2022.

Mazda RT-24P DPi at Daytona

The former IMSA prototype is a real challenge. Downforce is plentiful, but so is corner-entry turn-in, so it can be easy to spin. A beast to master, with a whistling turbo behind your ears, it’s best driven on the track it was designed to compete at – Daytona.

The car was part of the first 2023 content pack, On the Edge, released in April.

Zhejiang Circuit and any TCR car

The Chinese venue was built in 2016 and features significant elevation changes mixed with switchback corners. For those who may have played the more accessible GRID Legends, you may have already experienced it, but what really stands out in our minds were two action-packed races back in the days of the TCR International championship.

So, we recommend any of the TCR cars to drive around this often-overlooked venue.

The promotion comes in the wake of developer KW Studios committing to improving RaceRoom throughout the rest of 2023 and beyond, and a paid DLC roadmap for the 12 months ahead.
