You can now drive Bond’s Aston Martin DB5 in Hot Wheels Unleashed

Following a deluge of future DC-themed Hot Wheels Unleashed DLC news earlier this week, we now have the next set of individual paid items for the arcade racer.

Releasing today, 21st October, for all platforms, three new vehicles, one new interactive obstacle and a customisation pack are available from digital stores.

The lead vehicle is the Aston Martin DB5 from 1963, popularised by James Bond first in 1964’s Goldfinger and used in the current No Time To Die. Okay, technically, this isn’t a Bond-licenced vehicle, but it’s the same car type and releases in this timely fashion.

Alongside the sleek classic are two fictionalised vehicles based on Street Fighter and Superman – for even more DC-related content.

The Tropical Wave Customisation Pack adds brightly coloured seaside vibes to your Basement and Rolling Boulders Module can be purchased for use in the Track Builder. It features three dispensers for boulders to roll from, reminiscent of a Fall Guys level.

It’s also worth bearing in mind that if you have the Hot Wheels Unleashed Pass Vol.1 (£24.99/$29.99) it includes all of the items listed below, the upcoming Batman Expansion, previous DLC vehicles plus the Street Fighter Blanka, Wonder Woman, Acceleracers Deora II and TMNT Leonardo vehicles and Pink Fashion customisation pack arriving on the 18th November 2021.
