The 1990s Silverstone International layout, Super Touring race cars and a five-cylinder thrum – RaceRoom Racing Experience’s touring car DLC reminded us of halcyon times.
Now, if you are yet to try the content, the Volvo S40 – and all, throwback liveries – and the Silverstone Classic venue are free-to-play for two weeks.
Between today, 15th May, and 29th May, you can download RaceRoom – which is free-to-enter already – the car and track track and drive in unlimited fashion.
That includes on your own, against AI-controlled rivals or in online multiplayer as access is across all game modes.
The S40 and venue were released in November last year, as part of a Super Touring-themed pack. The car is usually priced at £5.09 / $6.76, the track $7.89. There are eight BTCC and STCC-aping liveries to choose from.
