Stuttgart gets a stunning revamp in Euro Truck Simulator 2

SCS Software continues to redevelop German cities in Euro Truck Simulator 2 with latest Stuttgart Rework, featuring a larger layout and stunning real-world landmarks.

Expect real-world landmarks and a larger layout in Euro Truck Simulator 2's Stuttgart Rework

Germany Rework is complete in the fan-favourite Euro Truck Simulator 2.

SCS Software teased the redevelopment after releasing the Hannover upgrade yet left out the exact location (which they are seemingly doing yet again – more on that later, though).

On Tuesday 6th December, the Stuttgart makeover was announced and just to give you an idea of how much renovation work went into the overhauling, developers tore down “virtually the entire city with an exception of the recently reworked areas (airport, city circle) and build it anew.”

Along with the fresh look, the city’s layout is much bigger and includes new driving areas with an afforded exploration of the industrial parks, too.

Stuttgart is known for its historical landmarks from different eras and SCS says each deserved to be put on display for fans of the simulator.

Neue Schloss and the Staatstheater Stuttgart are just a couple examples of the latest must-sees in your Euro Truck Simulator 2 journey.

As for the future rework, SCS Software will continue to give German cities a facelift to reflect the current real-world standards; however, the next stop is still a mystery and will be made known in a coming blog post.

The Stuttgart Rework comes just days after ETS 2 released an epic Feldbinder Trailer Pack DLC (3,99€/£3.29 on Steam), featuring a plethora of branded trailers and tankers brought in from the manufacturer’s iconic factories in Germany, too.
