Rennsport’s updates are set to continue in 2026 following its launch last November, with the addition of the Kuala Lumpur Street Circuit set to join the track list in an upcoming free update for PC and consoles.
This will be the second community-made track from the Legion of Racers mod team added to Rennsport’s track roster, alongside the Orchard Road Circuit.
In real life, the street circuit hosted the inaugural KL City Grand Prix in 2015, with categories including the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia, Formula Masters China and an exhibition round featuring cars from Australia’s Supercars Championship. It was short-lived, however, with the 2016 KL City Grand Prix cancelled due to legal disputes.
Set in the centre of Kuala Lumpur, the 2.5-mile (3.3-kilometre), 16-corner street circuit passes several landmarks, including the Petronas Towers.
The Malaysian capital street circuit will be added to Rennsport for free, but a release date has yet to be confirmed.
In addition to the Kuala Lumpur Street Circuit, Rennsport’s first DLC is expected to launch this year, with the delayed Endurance Pack Part 1 set to add the Porsche 911 GT1, Mercedes-Benz CLK LM, Porsche 956 and 24h Le Mans De La Sarthe Circuit in February.
