Assetto Corsa EVO confirms Sebring and Ferrari 296 GT3 for next update

Among the Assetto Corsa EVO scrummage, with the removal of career mode and the launch of a significant 0.5 update, the next additions have been teased.

At the end of a trailer on official Assetto Corsa channels, uploaded today (12th February 2026), is a small note.

It reads “coming soon in release 0.6.”

Then, in the darkness of night, is the Sebring circuit and what Traxion believes is the Ferrari 296 GT3 race car – a model not yet seen in EVO.

The bumpy American circuit was previously teased for the embryonic driving simulation as part of a keynote presentation. This was at last year’s SimRacing Expo in Dortmund. It has not appeared officially in prior Assetto Corsa instalments, and is a new laser scan.

The Prancing Horse has not been previously mentioned, however. Its distinct aero kit and slender rear lights are the giveaway.

It joins only one other GT3-spec car currently in the game, the BMW M4 GT3 Evo, and leans into the competitive nature of the title, with multiplayer remaining a key focus as EVO progresses through early access.

No release window is yet provided for the 0.6 update. Developer Kunos Simulazioni recently changed its approach, stopping career mode creation and instead doubling down on modding, multiplayer, different single-player content, competitive features, free-roam, user interface and the core driving experience.
