Mobile racers, be on the lookout for a new game on the horizon that is currently in its second beta. Racing Master is a collaboration between NetEase Games and a company we’re all familiar with in the racing game industry, that being Codemasters.
The second beta launched on Google Play and iOS TestFlight earlier in the week in Canada and the United States (12th October). This version is said to have a ton of new features included this time around. This mobile game will be utilizing Codemasters’ Ego tech along with the Unreal Engine 4, so it has great potential.
Like Assetto Corsa Mobile, Racing Master is setting itself up to be a mobile racing simulation with “hyper-realistic” racing included. Handling, performance, and authenticity from visuals and sounds are part of the equation to make this mobile game as realistic as possible. The final release will have over 100 officially licensed vehicles from brands like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Porsche and Koenigsegg.
Unlike ACM, there will be a big focus on multiplayer, it seems. This beta includes 18 new cars, including models from Ferrari, Koenigsegg and McLaren. There are three new tracks, those being venues in Yas Marina, Sicily and Barcelona. New modes include Team Race Mode, Team Elimination Mode, Character Creation and a Mission System. There will be achievements and livestream mechanics to spectate high-tier matches. The full game is expected in 2022.
The second beta for Racing Master is available to download on Google Play and iOS TestFlight now. The beta will only work for a few more days, however, so get in there now if you want to participate. We’ll keep our eyes on this one. I might personally want to see how it compares to Assetto Corsa Mobile in the mobile simulator category.
