One track teased, another removed due to licensing discussions. Server maintenance with enhanced multiplayer stability is also being undertaken by RaceRoom.

  • Spa-Francorchamps set for a return, however
  • Online Racing Pack DLC changes
  • Ranked Multiplayer server changes are ongoing

Spa-Francorchamps is set for a return to RaceRoom, in a newly developed form.

The Belgian Grand Prix venue has been absent from the sim racing platform since Q3 2024, although those who had it in their collection could continue to race.

Recently, it would appear a new licensing agreement has been struck, and a teaser image of the Bruxelles corner, respondent in RaceRoom’s recently upgraded graphics engine.

Shared today, 5th February 2026, in the distance (top article image), you can just about see Blanchimont over the Ardennes countryside.

There’s no stated release window for the venue, other than “very soon”.

On the flip side, Laguna Seca has been removed for sale due to nebulous licensing reasons

“The license for Laguna Seca has expired. We’re currently working on a new contract to bring it back,” said a RaceRoom spokesperson.

It follows a change for iRacing, too; the Californian venue is no longer part of the base subscription.

Online Racing Pack DLC change

As the American track was part of a DLC bundle, called the Online Racing Pack, this has forced a change to that set and likely upcoming ranked multiplayer racing schedules.

Sonoma will now substitute Laguna Seca for any new purchases.

In another tweak to the packaging, the BMW M2 CS racing will be swapped for the BMW M235i, also racing modified, of the same generation.

For those who already own the Online Racing Pack, Sonoma and the BMW M235i will be available for a “significant” discount.

Ranked multiplayer stability

RaceRoom added a native ranked multiplayer service, for daily races and special events, last year, to a positive reception, bolstering player numbers.

However, its Daytona 2.4h mass participation race suffered a “critical failure in our server system”.

At the time of publication, the service is down for maintenance, which helps to “deploy backend updates aimed at improving Ranked MP stability.”
