Following a slew of updates across recent months, that included adding a single-player career mode, F1 Mobile Racing will soon receive a brand new track in the form of the Algarve International Circuit, aka Portimão.
A last-minute addition to the 2020 Formula 1 calendar, the Portuguese venue returned last year for a second event and was added to the F1 2021 console and PC game in September.
It’s known for its blind crests and elevation changes – something that many contemporary circuits lack.
The new venue will be part of the free Update 22, coming soon for the portable game, created in collaboration by Codemasters, Eden Games and, latterly, Electronic Arts.
There’s no word on the release date yet, but we’ll keep you updated when the next update lands. To celebrate its launch, there will be a Portuguese Time Trial event in-game. F1 Mobile Racing is free-to-play on iOS and Android and includes the 2021 F1 cars, drivers and teams.
