- Ferrari 499P makes its debut outside of Le Mans Ultimate for the first time
- Joined by the Oreca LMP2
- Update 12.4 now live on Apple (iOS) and Android devices
The 24 Hours of Le Mans is just around the corner, and to tie in with the French endurance classic, Electronic Arts’ Real Racing 3 has received the hotted hypercar.
Previously developed by Firemonkeys Studios in Australia, and now under the stewardship of the Indian Slingshot outfit, the ‘freemium’ title has received the 2023-event-winning Ferrari 499P.
The 11-year-old driving game has also added the Oreca 07 prototype, a paradigm of the LMP2 class.
Circuit de la Sarthe has been refreshed with contemporary trackside banners and buildings to match. A series of weekly time trials and endurance-themed limited-time events will also match the theme, and a ‘flashback’ event makes use of the existing Ferrari 488 GTE.
Outside of the Le Mans extravaganza, the team is celebrating Pride Month throughout June with four new vinyl packs.
Real Racing 3’s 12.4 update is available today, 21st May 2024, for Apple (iOS) and Android devices.
