If you like new liveries, funny podium emotes and shiny new helmet designs, then you’re in luck. Podium Pass Season 5 is live right now within the F1 2020 video game.
As per usual, there are 30 new tiers to progress through, plus the requisite new challenges to earn bonus pay-outs. A new feature this time around is the ability to ‘Prestige’. Previously, if you hit to top tier, rewards will end until the Podium Pass updates, but now you can continue to earn new items by progressing through five additional prestige ranks.
For those hunting the scarcest of items, this update adds eight ‘Legendary’ items to unluck via the Podium Pass and four Legendary items available via the Podium Shop.
The Podium Pass system is an optional part of the game that enables you to unlock cosmetic items for your car and driver through the process of receiving in-game XP and progressing through levels.
