Low Fuel Motorsport (LFM) has hit the 200,000 registered users mark.
The popular independent sim racing platform, which is presently focused on Assetto Corsa and Assetto Corsa Competizione, hit the milestone just over four years from its inception.
“Who would have thought that we would reach this incredible milestone when we launched our website at the end of 2020?” read its formal statement.
“We wanted to create our own environment in which we could take sim racing and the competitive experience to a new level.
“We work tirelessly to innovate to give you and ourselves the best possible user experience.
Often these innovations come directly from the community.
Today we are 200,000! We would like to thank each and every one of you.
Special thanks also go to our partners who have actively supported us along the way. Let’s celebrate together at the end of November with some awesome events.”
LFM is particularly known for creating a customised balance of performance plus ranking and licence systems to delivery close and competitive online sim racing.
Founded by Boris Schalk, the outfit has announced a development partnership for Automobilista 2 with Reiza Studios and is expected to host events using iRacing soon.
