Logitech’s long-standing partnership with McLaren Racing has finally culminated in officially branded sim racing gear, with the Swiss-based company unveiling three new products.
McLaren has supported the Logitech McLaren G Challenge esports competition in the recent past, but has now put its name to three sim racing products, which are detailed below.
Logitech G RS Formula Wheel McLaren Racing Edition
Apparently based on McLaren’s 2024 Formula 1 challenger, the MCL38, the Logitech G RS Formula Wheel McLaren Racing Edition is constructed from aluminium and glass‑filled polycarbonate, with renewable processes used in its construction where appropriate.
The wheel needs to be attached to the Logitech RS Wheel Hub (sold separately) to operate, and is compatible with the Logitech G PRO Racing Wheel and PRO Racing Base, plus the brand new RS50 base also announced today.
Costing $129.99 / €119.99, the Logitech G RS Formula Wheel McLaren Racing Edition is available to order now.

PlaySeat Formula Instinct – Logitech G McLaren Racing Edition
Logitech has joined forces with PlaySeat and McLaren to produce the PlaySeat Formula Instinct – Logitech G McLaren Racing Edition.
Often overlooked by hardcore sim racers, PlaySeat enjoys a huge portion of the home racing game cockpit market, and its striking Papaya orange McLaren seat will be sure to attract a large number of McLaren fans taking their nascent steps into the hobby.
Featuring an ergonomic design and quick-release adjustment system, the McLaren-liveried PlaySeat is constructed from both steel and aluminium, but is light enough to be stowed away when not in use (although it cannot be folded).
The PlaySeat Formula Instinct – Logitech G McLaren Racing Edition will retail for $599.99 / €599.

Logitech G ASTRO A50 X LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Headset and Base Station – McLaren Racing Edition
The ASTRO A50 X McLaren Racing Edition features Logitech’s typically robust headset tech in an attractive Papaya package.
The ASTRO A50 X platform provides punchy sounds thanks to its graphene audio drivers with a 48KHz microphone and features dual-device mixing to enable easy console-to-Discord communication.
Although largely a proven product, the Logitech G ASTRO A50 X LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Headset and Base Station – McLaren Racing Edition is on the pricier end of the spectrum, retailing for $429.99 / €429.99.
