How long can I play The Crew Motorfest for free for?

You can play The Crew Motorfest for five hours for free, during the September 2023 launch window. Within that five-hour window, you can play any part of the full game that you unlock, be that single-player playlists, co-op or online multiplayer events.

How do I install The Crew Motorfest free trial?

Simply visit the digital store of your preferred platform, search for The Crew Motorfest, and for the Standard Edition, there will be an option to download and install the full game. The five-hour free playtime begins when you launch the game for the first time, not when you start downloading.

Which platforms is The Crew Motorfest on?

The first five hours of The Crew Motofest can be played for free on:

  • PC – Via Ubisoft Store/Ubisoft Connect/Epic Games Store (not Steam)
  • PlayStation 4
  • PlayStation 5
  • Xbox One
  • Xbox Series X|S

If I purchase The Crew Motorfest after the trial, what happens to my progress?

As you are playing the full game with a time limit during the trial period, as opposed to a separate game demo, your progress will simply carry across should you decide to purchase the full game at a later date. Winner.

Why are the first five hours of The Crew Motorfest free?

“The trial system for us is a way to say, ‘come onto our game, you’re welcome’ and you will experience The Crew Motorfest for free for five hours, and you will enjoy every part of it,” said  Stéphane Beley, Senior Creative Director at developer Ubisoft Ivory Tower to Traxion.GG.

“Every PvP [event], chill time, playlist exploration and all car culture aspects are present for you. For us, we are confident about what we have, and want everyone to enjoy for five hours.”

“It’s a very pleasant moment to play finally with people, to have feedback, to discuss with them and just to have fun all together in this place,” said Julien Hummer, Content Director on The Crew Motorfest to Traxion.GG.
