How to buy tickets for the SimRacing Expo 2025

The SimRacing Expo is back, now over a decade old, with over 50 exhibitors expected, showcasing the latest simulation equipment, hardware and games. It’s your chance to go hands-on before they are released, or also test your dream sim rig.

Held inside Germany’s Messe Dortmund, Hall 3, between 17th and 19th October 2025, here’s how to purchase a ticket.

Tickets now on sale

Advance tickets to the 2025 SimRacing Expo are now on sale via the event’s official website. You can purchase an individual day ticket for Friday, Saturday or Sunday, or a weekend ticket that grants access for all three days.

Tickets purchased online must be shown upon entry, and can also be purchased on the day at the venue for the same price (see below).

SimRacing Expo 2025 ticket prices

For the four ticket types (Friday, Saturday, Sunday or weekend), there is the main price, and also some concessions:

Day ticket prices (Friday, Saturday or Sunday)

• One day adult ticket – €26.00
• One day under 14 years old or school/student ID ticket – €19.00
• One day pensioner (showing pensioner card) ticket – €10.00
• One day disabled ticket – €10.00
• One day accompanying a disabled person ticket – €19.00
• Children under the age of 6 one day entry – Free
• One day family bundle (2 adults, 2 people under 14) – €55.00

Weekend ticket prices (access all three days)

• Weekend adult ticket – €60.00
• Children under the age of 6 weekend entry – Free

All tickets will be emailed upon purchase and must be shown on your phone (or print-out) upon arrival to gain entry – although, as stated above, tickets can be purchased at the event on the day, too.

The 2025 SimRacing Expo is open during the following times:

• Friday 17th October: 10:00 – 18:00 CET
• Saturday 18th October: 10:00 – 18:00 CET
• Sunday 19th October: 10:00 – 18:00 CET
