In a ground-breaking move for the Forza series, the latest open-world title from Microsoft will join the Steam store next month, 9th March 2021. The news dropped during the Forza Monthly show, where they also announced several new cars and updates coming for Season 32.
This isn’t the first Microsoft title to be launched on the popular PC game platform, with titles such as Halo and most recently the latest instalment of its Flight Simulator also available, but it does make a first for its racing games and might tempt more players to join the already 10 million+ strong member community.
The move could introduce FH4 to a huge new player base, with current Steam players over 20 million, who will all be able to play cross-platform via Xbox, Windows 10 PCs and explore the British countryside together.
It is worth noting however that although Steam have confirmed it will support Cloud saves allowing players to play across multiple PC’s, it will not support cross-platform game saves.
The game will be available on the store in various bundles, with pricing to be confirmed closer to the March 9th release date.

• Forza Horizon 4
• Formula Drift Car Pack
Deluxe Edition digital bundle:

Ultimate Edition digital bundle:

The newly revealed Hot Wheels Legend DLC is not included in any of the pre-order versions on Steam. The team at Sumo Digital Nottingham worked on the conversion.
With rumours constantly revolving around the release of the next Horizon instalment, plus the latest big updates and an ever-updating car collection, what better time to give it a try?
