The Crew Motorfest’s vehicle roster continues to expand, with the Ford Mustang Mach-E GT now available for Year 2 Pass owners.
With Ford expanding its electric car lineup, it was only a matter of time before the Mustang was turned into an EV. That came in the form of Ford’s first electric crossover, the Mach-E, its name a homage to the legendary Mach 1 Mustang.
While some will bemoan the sacrilege of the iconic Mustang name being applied to an SUV, the electric pony packs a punch when it comes to performance. The GT variant generates 480 bhp from two electric motors, with one on each axle. That translates to a blistering 0-60 mph time of under four seconds.
From today (6th February), Year 2 Pass owners can access the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT in The Crew Motorfest and take the electric SUV around its recreation of Hawaii. Those who don’t have the Year 2 Pass can access it one week later but must buy them with in-game credits – Year 2 Pass players get instant access.
This is the last vehicle drop in Season 5, with Season 6 set to begin sometime in March. A theme and new cars are yet to be confirmed in the next season.
Costing £24.99 / $29.99 / €29.99, the Year 2 Pass includes 13 new cars, released in monthly drops. Alongside the Mustang Mach-E, previous vehicle drops added the 2022 BMW M5 CS, 1990 Nissan Skyline GT-R R32, 2020 Ferrari Roma and 2023 Maserati MC20 Cielo. That leaves eight more cars still to come in the Year 2 Pass until October.
