- Amazon, CaseKing, Overclockers, Inet and more third-party retailers to sell Fanatec sim racing equipment
- A move under Corsair ownership to expand the brand’s reach and tackle rivals such as Thrustmaster
- High-end and refurbished lines to remain Fanatec website-exclusive
Those looking to purchase Fanatec sim racing equipment can now do so via third-party retailers, in a strategic change for the German brand.
In recent years, it has avoided popular resellers, keeping all sales via its self-contained distribution channels. This is often seen by some high-end, low volume, sim racing manufacturers, but not for Fanatec’s direct rivals for its entry-to-mid-level ranges.

Thrustmaster’s direct axial drive wheel and pedal bundle, for example, is available through the likes of Best Buy in the USA, Amazon in the UK and MediaMarkt in Germany.
Now, select Fanatec lines will follow suit – the dedicated Amazon UK Fanatec store lists the following (18th June):
- GT Cockpit seat (white or black)
- CSL Elite V2 pedals
- CSL BMW wheel
- CSL Elite WRC wheel
- McLaren GT3 V2 wheel
- Gran Turismo DD Pro wheel base and pedal bundle
Of those items in stock, the seat and pedals are available with Prime delivery, although not next-day.
The wheels, however, are a mix of being sent from the EU or USA to the UK, and are subject to import charges – separate import charges apply to those in the UK purchasing directly from the Fanatec website already.

This isn’t the first time Amazon has listed Fanatec products – just the first time since the likes of the belt-driven ClubSport Wheel Base V2.5 days.
Meanwhile, CaseKing in Germany has a much larger range of Fanatec lines listed – none are available presently, but all are up for pre-order. The same is true of its UK subsidiary, Overclockers. A similar lineup is also available for pre-orders via Swedish retailer Inet.
American tech company Corsair took over the Landshut-headquartered outfit in September 2024, with recent changes including an extended three-year warranty and sales of refurbished items.
“This move is part of a broader effort to expand product visibility and improve availability,” said the company.
It claims that the Podium series of products will remain exclusive to Fanatec’s website.

Speaking specifically of Amazon sales, it specifically states that warranty claims will be valid and handled by Fanatec, but the online retailer will handle delivery and return requests.
